PQRS
The Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS), formerly known as Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI), is a Medicare reporting system for eligible healthcare professionals, which promotes reporting of quality information for covered services that are provided to original Medicare Part B Fee-for-service beneficiaries.
ICD-10 Code System
On March 31, 2014, Congress acted to delay the implementation of the ICD-10 code system until October 1, 2015 as a result of federal legislation, H.R. 4302. Most resources are offered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and as of mid-April 2014, CMS had not updated those resources to include the new transition date.
